Tiny Twigs Hockey Co. Returns & Exchanges

Each item is printed especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or change of mind. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, please contact us through our website’s Contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any damage. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Please contact us before returning anything. Do not send items back without approval.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
